The Pre-licensing course may be taken either in a classroom environment or through distance learning/virtual classes. If you opt to enroll in the classroom version you will receive an MV-278 Pre-licensing Course Completion Certificate. Whatever version you decide to take, all courses use the same curriculum. If you are able to successfully complete your course, the company will report your completion to the DMV immediately and you will not need to show a certificate when appearing for the driver's test.
